A Global Wedding

Dear Friends,

Apologies for being remiss about updating the blog! Life has been full with wedding and honeymoon preparations, developing new products, and streamlining processes.

In the next few weeks, I'll send updates from Ghana... from Morocco... and from India. Yes, part of our honeymoon includes visiting the women artisans living in the slums of Ahmedabad. They're like family.

In fact, preparing for our wedding and honeymoon has been a beautiful reminder about the importance of community. I truly believe the union between two people is made stronger when supported by a community of friends and family. In every community I've visited around the world, weddings are sacred events, celebrations of love, commitments of truth.

I'm very excited to spend part of our honeymoon celebrating with our global family and having fun with our artisans! (and yes--we may sneak in a little work too!)
